Permit applications for garage sales, signs, vendors, and events are available at City Hall and below.


Building permit applications are available at City Hall and below. Included in the application packet is a Building Permit Process information sheet, as well as an application checklist, and fee schedule. Before submitting your building permit application, be sure to review the application thoroughly and verify which zone your property is in (see map here), as well as the zoning requirements. All permits and water applications require a verified address issued by the Henderson County 911 Addressing Office. Addresses will not be issued to vacant lots unless a building permit or water application has been submitted to the City. See http://www.hctx911.org/addressing.html for more information.
