Before we dig into a review of all the new features of the site, we want to thank Lindsay Vanderbilt and Mintie Betts of the East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) for all their time, hard work, and dedication to making this new site possible. They built the framework and spent so much time corresponding and guiding with city staff. Michelle Cahal, also of ETCOG, worked tirelessly on our new GIS map. Again, from ETCOG, the entire Regional IT Solutions department for their tech support, especially Dylan Savage.
