Park Host - Volunteer

The City of Log Cabin is seeking a park host volunteer for the City Park. Hosts are responsible for assisting visitors, managing the gatehouse operations and staff, daily inspections of park facilities, reporting issues to staff, accept & organize RV reservations, scheduling fishing tournament, direct traffic during large fishing tournaments, knowledgeable of city policies and rules related to the park, provide camper assistance after hours, clean & stock restrooms, ensure cleanliness of park, dispose of trash, assist the Parks Committee with events as needed, etc. Park Hosts agree to live on site, at no expense, in exchange for committing to complete at least 25 volunteer work hours on a weekly basis. Campsite/RV site with 50/30 electric, water & sewer, and Wi-Fi. Volunteer must provide own RV.


Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, experience with customer service, campground host experience preferred. Background check required.
